💻 The Role

You will lead key sales opportunities and manage the global sales team at Ampcontrol. You will significantly impact the company's success and our customers. The responsibilities include:

• Engage and lead the full sales cycle with prospective customers and partners to generate and close global opportunities.
• Build relationships with the prospect’s decision-makers.
• Manage and train the sales team and help individuals to achieve their targets.
• Manage pipeline throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Collaborate with CEO, marketing, and product to develop new go-to-market strategies.
• Hire new team members and establish structures to build a world-class sales team organization.
• Work closely with Ampcontrol's product team to identify new product opportunities.
